Refund & Return Policy

At u-Glam, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on all items, excluding final sale items.
Refund Policy
  • Ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with the seal intact.
  • Submit return requests within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please ship your return within 5 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days after receiving your return, often sooner.
Returns
  • You can initiate the return process, either by logging into your account or emailing us at customerservice@u-glam.nyc.
  • Our customer support team will contact you within 48 hours (two business days) with a shipping label.
  • Print the label and use the original packaging from your shipment to return the item(s).
  • After our quality control team approves the returned items, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
